I have worked in groveport and eaten there a thousand times. I I have never had anything to say bad about Wendy's in fact I championed them compared to the alternatives. However today changed everything. The service was horrible. The food was smashed. Fries were overcooked.there was a spicy taste to the fries and chicken nuggets even though they were not spicy or ordered that way. I don't even know what that was. They only gave me half of my chicken nuggets. Then of course when I went to drink the even more overpriced homemade lemonade.it went from a $0.30 upcharge to $0.66 upcharge. And they couldn't even get that right .It was sour and clearly wasn't pumped before they gave it to me. So I got the sour part of the top that no one wants. My whole meal was ruined and I will never return to that location again after hundreds and possibly even a thousand visits. I am not one to give a bad review after one bad time but this changed the way I look at the franchise and how they hire people. Wendy's has always been the best place to go at lunch hands down. This is a disgrace and they have lost a customer. I almost went back for my money but I have a job and a life. I'm mad that I had to take time out to write this review but it was necessary.check your food and taste your pot before you leave the drive-through or the parking lot. That...
Read moreAdmittedly this may be some grumpiness from being sick. You know being kicked out because of my disability living in a car. This could all be because of that. Okay. I got a bit of an attitude when I have to live under certain conditions because the city and the judicial system allows me to be evicted and homeless during especially during the winter months because of my disability and that's against the federal housing act, but let the eviction court tell it they don't exercise the law the way that it is clearly written. In addition, if you have a disability and you are depending on the aid that is provided to you legally to navigate legal situations and they don't exercise the law either, then you will just fall victim to be in this circumstance and So now that I have said that that means it's fundamentally important that especially when I'm sick, I get access to a hot meal and if you alls facilities arent prepared to accept cash and card, (and in fact, you're requiring exact cash. What I don't understand exact change is that what you mean?) however it may be then you make it extra hard for me to be in this...
Read moreWalked in and we were the only customers there. Girl standing behind the counter just stared at us, never acknowledged us at all. After about 2 minutes another employee walked up from the dining area to the register. I assumed she was going to take our order. Nope. She also did not acknowledge us in any way. She clocked in and walked away. Other girl still standing there just staring. NO ONE SPOKE. I asked "is anyone working the counter to take our order?" She continued staring, and the girl that had just clocked in looked back and kept walking. It was the RUDEST I have ever been treated in a restaurant. Maybe that person was in the restroom or something. But the employees that encountered us could have said "someone will be right with you" or anything. They didn't say a single word. They acted annoyed that someone would come into a restaurant and expect service. We eventually walked out, and nobody said a word to stop us. We went to another Wendy's 2 miles away and were treated...
