If I could give a 0 star review I would! We have lived in Groveport for 7 years, and I have had very few times that I have actually enjoyed this restaurant. Tonight though TOOK THE CAKE! My wife went to Dairy QueenTo get the family some blizzards and bring them home to us, mind you we only live 30 seconds down the road. By the time she got home to us and I opened my blizzard and everyone else’s, I found that they were all about 3/4 of the way full and mostly melted. When I went back to try to get somebody to make this right no one really wanted to work with me and I got a refund for one blizzard, when we bought six. I would venture to say that if you would hire some employees that were actually concerned About doing a good job, instead of seeming like they were just miserable to be there, The service might be better. I can guarantee you that this will be the last time that we ever go to this Dairy Queen. We would much rather make the trip to the Canal...
Read moreI placed my "to go" order inside at the counter. Within a few minutes, part of my order was questioned as to whether I had ordered an item? As I watched people coming into the lobby, not to order, but correct botched drive thru orders. A couple in the lobby were waiting on their order for the 3rd time. My order was done approximately 17min after being placed: 2 items the same, 1 with a small change, and a chili dog. Three miles separate their counter and my table, some where between point A and B, my food got cold and tasted pre-cooked (as in earlier that day). You're thinking, "Why I didn't return it?" being so close? I have medical timelines for when one of those meals could have been consumed (driving back and forth playing food roulette wouldn't have changed that). Will I visit there again? It will probably be be a...
Read moreWaited for two chicken basket dinners on the weekend. The bbq was at best 1/4 tablespoon over 6 pieces! Gave it back and then it came back covered like the picture shows. All the chicken was fresh and hot. The fries was colder then room temperature a few was cold crisp even. The white gravy was slightly warmer then room temperature. Toast was DRY= -0- butter. We was very disappointed in this attempt once again! I don't mind waiting on fresh hot food but I have issues waiting on 20% hot and fresh when the rest was beyond crazy cold! How this place stays open I'll never know because there is -0- way their temperature is passing! The health dept is needing a surprise inspection here asap before someone gets sick! What makes it even worse is the prices for what you get on a weekend. Save your money...
