Dunkin' — Restaurant in Madison

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used the kiosk to order. After waiting for the two staff members to finish their personal conversation, one of them looked at me and said, "Oh, we don't have any donuts." I told her the machine said they did and took my money. She then said, well you should have looked at the shelves. You can see there are no donuts." Pointed out I'm not responsible for their inventory control. Manager came out and basically said the same thing. I should have checked their shelv3s before ordering. No apologies. No offer to give a refund. They all just stood there stupidly staring. I had to demand she give me my money back. Rude. Incompetent. Arrogant. Go anywhere else but...

I went to the 95 south highway Dunkin’ Donuts in Madison at 1:42 on 1/9/22 and received the worst unprofessional service from 3 Latin girls working at the counter. They were swearing because it was busy and their was a line. Then one of them rolled their eyes at me because I had a large order she was huffing and puffing. This is not acceptable and the manager was sitting on a milk crate on her phone in the back m. You need to fire that whole crew and hire competent people that don’t turn customers away with their rude behavior and hire a manager that actually manages. I will never return to this location and Ai will make sure I tell everyone else...

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. They only had one cashier early in the morning during busy busy hours. She seemed sweet but it was clear she didn’t know what she was doing. There had to be at least 15 people in line. We waited literally 30 minutes for basically a drink and a sandwich. Also ordered a snackin bacon and they gave me the left over crumbs it seemed that was there. Constantly the cashier was coming to the people after taking their order already to tell them they “we don’t have this or we don’t have that.
