EVP Coffee University Row — Restaurant in Madison

I went here once. Parking was hard to find. Service was lackluster, (I seemed to do all the talking with the barista to order.) The chai I got was ok at best, and a nice coffee shop atmosphere was non-existent. If you're coming to study or get work done at all (which I intended to do), it is way too small and there are short bar-like counters but they're not large enough to really do any work on. It might be a nice coffee shop if you were working in the area and wanted a quick coffee drink during a lunch break, but it really didn't make me want to go...
