Naty's Fast Food — Restaurant in Madison

I have been a frequent customer at natys since I was introduced to their establishment a year or two ago. I have placed orders with them (which not all have came back as I ordered). I didn't complain instead I just tried to understand that the mistakes were simply mistakes. However I ordered their 4 piece wing lunch special as always! Because I know that fried hard wings take 15 to 20 mins I called @ 11 50 so that I would only have to wait 10 to 15 mins when I got there. When I got there my meal was cooked for 10 mins; was not fried hard; and did not have extra lemon pepper (keep in mind I asked for my order to be this way). I show up they didn't put my wings in until 12; still not fried hard and didnt have extra lemon pepper! So to what they call fix the problem they set my already fried wings in oil again and fryed them longer! To accommodate my missed lunch they gave me a free large drink...

I guess I'll get to the part for why I'm writing this review this time!

I go in today to place my order, told the wife how I was unhappy and she says well that's my husband and says that it will be right this time; okay. When my food is done she sends her husband out to deliver it THE COOK and he's visibly is upset and says SO WHAT WAS WRONG...which I'm sure he had heard based off the stale and upset look on his face! He goes on to make it seem like I was the reason why the order was messed up and the reason why my wings were soft was because I didn't arrive in time to get them while they were "hard". I wish he knew that I know exactly how it goes there I know to ask for my food fried hard that it takes up to 20 mins!

Don't blame customers who know how to order what; just fess up to the mistakes and move on ! Long story short, wing kings are where I'm headed from here forward 😡😡😡😡

If I could give this a -1 I would!! The owner is psycho!! She refused to serve me because I called about some bad fish I got from there over 6 months ago!! She said that I posted it on Facebook and I didn't. She kicked me out but not until she flipped me off and told me to f off!! When I called to complain about the fish tasting fishy instead of saying what can I do for you. I'm so sorry nope instead she hung up on me!! Tonight she told me that the fish still was the same which means it tastes like the bottom of a sewer!! It's disgusting!! I didn't want this tonight my husband did because he wanted to give them a 2 chance! But in order to run a restaurant you have to know how to handle criticism!! When I asked them to show me the review that I gave them they couldn't because it doesn't exist!! This place smells and the menu looks like it's written by a 5 year old!! The city inspector should probably take a trip over there!! It should be called...

The food is pretty good. The fries are definitely the star of the show here. They're thick, crispy, and well salted. The burrito I ordered is all right, it's not bursting with flavor, but it's not bad. It's something that definitely depends on the customer to modify a bit. A little more salt, pepper, and a good salsa would definitely make this burrito better.

The service was top-tier. I don't think I've ever been able to place an order that fast at a physical location. Upon ordering, I was immediately met with a smile. The cashier was happy to see me, and had no issue letting me take my time with deciding my order.

The place is a little rundown, but it reflects how the rest of the neighborhood is. It might not look the best, but it is definitely a good spot to go if you're looking for a quick grab that...
