Goodman Park — Attraction in Madison

Not very clear rules or guidelines posted (No where on site or signs at the venue do they indicate inflatable water wings are not allowed, was denied entry until removed from my 5 year old nephew. Website listed venue as opening at 12:15, but due to a swim meet running long, no entry until 1 pm, which is not a huge deal, but you could at least advertise or put a sign at near the entrance. All in all, I would have given a much better review if any of the above was effectively communicated to people prior to arrival. This is the best pool around. Lots of seating. Grass area with a small hill. A playground to play at during swim break. Basketball hoops. Rent a Cabana for a private party. This is a super nice pool. It does get busy because Madison only has one pool, so I understand. I'm just happy we actually have one finally and thankful for that! I love visiting the pool.
