Subway — Restaurant in Madison

Today 4/15 @ around 8:40pm or so. I got my subway. After a long day I was looking forward a good sandwich. There was two ladies at the counter. Sorry for my language. I did not get no names, this is the best way I can describe them. The skinny lady at the counter made my sandwich. From the geco She had an attitude. I told her half of the sandwich I only want ham cheese and tomato with mayonnaise. and on the other half want lettuce tomato cucumber and mayonnaise. She decided to put on the plane sandwich some of the ingredients and put a whole bunch of mayo. By this time I was already paying so I wasn't watching. This is located inside a Pilot. Walked in and asked lady at the register if they were open. She said yes and just kept doing what she was doing and basically ignored me. I’m pretty sure it was the Manager. After a couple minutes she asked what I wanted and I told her a meatball on white and she told me she was out of white they only had wheat? There were 3 of them that were having a conversation while I tried to order my sandwich. The bread was left over from yesterday and the vegetables looked old and wilted. This was the worst Subway I have ever been in and this is why I generally go to there competition for Sandwiches.

Worst customer service… Tatyana is very rude. Not asking for red carpet service but a hello or a smile goes a long way, full on rude attitude is not needed. Also don’t give a customer attitude if he is paying cash and not card & don’t look at your phone when someone is trying to pay. But the final nail in the coffin is when I bite into my sandwich just to pull a blond hair out of my mouth, obviously made it inedible and lost my appetite (Picture attached).
