Update 5/10/25: Back again for Mothers Day weekend. The Grilled BBQ Chicken and Sirloin was very good and the steak was cooked prefectly. I got a free appetizer (via email) so I picked the Killer Ribs appetizer. Great deal for a four rib bone slab! Chicken Critter dinner is still one of the best deals and so good! The Portobello Chicken is still good but did find the mushrooms overly salty this time. The 8 oz Frozen Raspberry Marguerita is still the best! Leave feedback if you agree - see picture.
Update 6/15/24: Back a year later and we had an even better experience! Erin gave us exceptional service! Food was great. Half Slab Ribs, Portobello Mushroom Chicken and the Chicken Critter Dinner were our favorites. The 12oz Fort Worth Ribeye was good but came medium well instead of medium rare. Still was a good, tender cut of steak, so we let it go. The 18oz Raspberry Margherita was very good and very big (worth the $8.75). Just keep in mind extras cost extra - add $1.29 for loaded mashed potatoes, diet coke $3.19, marshmallow topping for Sweet potato adds $1.29. You get two sides with most entrees. Side salad, steak fries and mashed potatoes were all delicious.
June 2023: Off to a great start. Just opened this past week. Our favorites were the Buffalo boneless wings (mild) appetizer, the side caesar salad, the chili side dish and the beef tips! The best though was the Chicken Critters. Nicely breaded and fried chicken tenders and a huge serving size big enough for two! Super tender and juicy, nice crispy coating. The burgers were pretty pedestrian and not well seasoned. The baked potato was okay but the potato skin was coated in sea salt, not to our liking. We went on Fathers Day which was very, very busy. We used the waitlist and it worked well. Once checked in we got our table within 10 minutes. Service was great too. Lots of servers and our waitress Jasmine D was fabulous and took care of all our requests. I didn't take off any stars for this, but they did run out of peanuts (their trademark snack) and ribs on Father's Day! I chalk this up to growing pains on the...
Read moreCame out to celebrate my birthday belatedly with my husband and two young kids. Even though it was busy, the wait time was less than 10 minutes from walking in. I do recommend going on their website and getting on their waitlist prior to arriving for even quicker seating. Our server Michael was friendly and attentive. The mango margarita was delicious. I highly recommend getting the kicker. Michael was exceptional handling all our extra requests from getting the kids meals/drinks in first, to go boxes ahead of time, dessert and extra silverware. I ordered the Texas Size combo of 12oz ribeye medium with shrimp. It came with two sides, cup of chili and loaded sweet potato (which is really just toasted marshmallow). The loaded sweet potato was a bit sweet for my preference. I was thinking it would be a honey butter topping like the other steak house lol. The steak was cooked perfectly. The toddler loved the bread and shrimp. My husband got the bbq burger but they might have forgotten to put bbq on the burger. Otherwise it was a good burger. The kids loved their Mac and Cheese and Jr. Chicken Tenders. I misunderstood that the buttered corn was a cup of corn and not corn on the cob so the kiddos didn't eat much of it. The corn was tasty though. Cactus bloom was yummy and not greasy or overfried. Granny's Apple Pie Classic was good. It was brought out early with the entree because I miscommunicated ordering it with our appetizer but no biggie. My 5yo got to enjoy her dessert so the timing worked out.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. From the person that sat us down to Danny who helped locate my unicorn planter mug that I left behind at our table. I called at closing when I realized I had left behind my mug and he was able to retrieve it from lost and found. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy!
They have 10.99 deals for early dine in times. We will have to...
Read moreUnfortunately I don't we will be back . This was our first time at the west side location. We jokingly said why don't we see if the west side could get my food order correct since for the last five times I have ordered the same exact meal at the east side they seem to not be able to get it right . Unfortunately west side did the same thing to me. I just don't get how hard it is to get meat well down not medium well . The manager was great at how she handled it I will give that to her . She was polite , friendly and talked it over with me after I explained that east side seems to do the same thing to me . I told her I didn't even care if they charred it . Unfortunately my other party that joined me said she was not eating because she is tired of not being able to eat with me as someone should be able to do. The manager came back out and said that the kitchen manager was making me my meal . A gentleman brought me my food out . I cut in to the first couple bites they were better than the first but of course because they were charred which I said was fine . Then I started getting medium well parts. My server just looked at me . I told her not to worry about it I would eat it . I have health issues and I needed to eat. The manager came out and she apologized again when she looked at it . I said not your problem you tried and that is what matters and counts is you tried . The gentleman that brought me my food was supposedly part of the franchise owner. She said she would be talking to him about some changes that clearly needed to be made since my food seriously can't be made right . The servers and managers have tried endlessly to make things right but for some reason the kitchen just can't get...
