If I could give a 0 I would. Today me and a coworker took our clients to eat here . Everyone got their food, I received mine last . My order was wrong so I took it back to the counter to get it fixed, I ordered chicken/steak fried rice with a side of vegetables and side of mein noodles. I got chicken and shrimp instead of chicken and steak. They replaced the shrimp with steak . I walked back to my table, opened up the container and saw that it was full of noodles, and no rice . Mind u, ( it was the owner) I was speaking to. He had rolled his eyes and had a full on attitude and was pissed at me because I was interrupting him eating a meal right at the counter, so instead of fixing my order he forced the register open and refunded me the wrong amount of cash for the food (I paid with a card) instead of taking the time to fix my order. So I had to sit there, hungry while watching everyone else eat before leaving. Do not recommend . They’re very very rude. Gave nasty looks to our special needs clients and to us POC. Won’t ever have to worry about me coming back . Be blessed ! ✌🏾 The 17 yr old Macy was polite though. If u do decide to eat here, please tip in cash so you can be sure...
Read moreStopped in on my way through town last night. I ordered #47 and #48, snow crab naruto and spicy tuna naruto, respectively. When asked, I did confirm that this was a dine in order. I sat and waited on my food. The service was quick and friendly. The food was quick to arrive, however, it was brought to me in 2 separate plastic containers, both rolls drowning in a brown liquid sauce. No mayo dip for the snow crab naruto and there was cream cheese in it. I've eaten the same roll (it's my favorite) at many places and it has never had cream cheese in it. The spicy tuna roll was supposed to have avacado in it. Three of the rolls had avacado, the other 3 did not.
For a dine in experience, it felt cheap and the food was inconsistent throughout the roll. I will not be stopping...
Read moreDo you see that little black box on the counter there that has the lid open? The guy that makes the sushi knocked it off the counter, and all the seaweed fell onto the floor. He walks around to where it is, picks it all up, puts it all back in that box, and sits it back on the counter to be reused. This happened right in front of us. The sushi was really good, but I almost threw up when I seen this. Be careful where you choose to eat at folks.
As we were leaving, he was making someone else’s sushi with the same seaweed. We told the folks. It was nasty! The workers just laughed about it as they made him grab new ones, but that box never got touched. I hate to make assumptions, but I figure they’ll wait until everyone leaves and still use it on someone...
