Wife went thru 6 days ago and had the kid in the drive-thru slam the window on her when she raised concern about our order. I called the store when she arrived home and talked to ray, and asked if a manager was on duty and he said yeah. I then had to ask ray if I could talk to him, I could hear ray walking thru the store and a guy yell what do you want ray the phone was covered and then a guy came on never said his name and asked me what my problem was(terrible way to answer if this was even the manager because when asked he said we'll im the one in charge right now) told him our problem and was told well that guy at the window is in training and I'm trying to teach him to wait for the customer to finish speaking. I told him about how he yelled at ray when the phone was brought to him and he said we'll we play around with each other and have worked with him for 10 years. It was unacceptable, and if this guy is the owner or manager he has no business running this location. I also made a complaint on the jack box website and have yet to be contacted by anyone. Read moreI expect a degree of unprofessionalism from a fast food place but I was completely shocked at the experience I had today.
The manager mistakenly gave my online order to the wrong person then refused to refund or remake the order and told me to cancel it on my app. I tried to cancel it in front of her but since they already gave my order away the app would not allow me to do so. Still refused to refund or remake the order then the manager said, "Gringa just go somewhere else".
Pulled out her phone and started to record me after making multiple racial slurs towards me and my black husband. I can wait 3 business days and dispute with my bank or the person who was refusing to provide what I paid for could have refunded me immediately because I don't need someone that hateful or negligent touching what I put in my stomach anyways.
At that point I called the police and reported the manager for theft, I am waiting to speak with the district manager as well. Never going to Jack in the Box again. Beware eating food here since the employees feel entitled to take your money, give your food away and then call you racial slurs after they refuse to give you your food...
Read moreI like Jack-in-the-Box but it isn't my favorite. I think it is a little over priced, and the last time I went there they screwed up my order, I ordered curly fries and got home with regular fries. It isn't that big of a deal, except that their curly fries are one thing that makes going there worthwhile.
We ordered one of the food truck style sandwiches, I have to say the ads make them look much bigger than they actually are. The cheese steak sandwich was not all that good either. We had hoped for one of the other food truck sandwiches, but "they" did not send the meat needed on the last shipment to the restaurant.
"They" used to work at my previous place of employment and all that I can say is what a screw up. Now I know where they went when they left our company. Let this be a warning to you if "they" ever comes looking for a job do not hire them, you will be very sorry...
