Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Magnolia

If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars I would. I ordered pizza from them tonight, after swearing I never would again. I didn't for almost a year after it took an hour and a half to get my pizza AFTER I received the text that my order was out for delivery.

I called the store that time, and was basically told it was NORMAL. I asked for the general manager's name and was refused. I asked for the franchise owner's name, and once again, I was refused. The shift manager repeatedly assured me that the GM would call me the next day. I never received the call and swore off this Pizza Hut.

As I said, despite my better judgement, I gave them another chance tonight. It ONLY took 45 minutes from the time the text saying it was on its way came through.... So our pizza was barely warm when it arrived (the boneless wings were barely what could be considered hot) which is, of course, better than last time. Then I tried one of the pizzas, which incidentally had BBQ sauce chosen as the sauce. The pizza was cooked with no sauce, and I was given a tiny container with some BBQ sauce in it. If that's what I wanted, I would have requested NO sauce and put my own BBQ sauce on it.

The quality of food and service from this Pizza Hut are sub-par, especially compared to the Pizza Hut I order from when I'm at work. I guess Domino's is the only choice I have out here in...

Extremely disappointed with the experience we had here .... 3 large pizzas, 2 dipper box pizzas, and a box of pizza rolls - all 3 large pizzas and rolls were under cooked (not edible) and none of them had the flavor crust as requested. My family of 10 got to fight over the two dipper boxes (@ least those were ok) This Pizza Hut location seems to be a hit or miss - more often a miss $69 carry out and most of the dinner was tossed. Tried calling to talk someone but when we did, I asked for a manager and was told they were busy could a message be taken, I stated maybe they could help me- when letting them know most of our food was not cooked thoroughly, it was suggested that we drop it in the oven to finish it off, thank you but really?? We’ve been getting take out a lot recently due to our house being remodeled with. No oven available at the moment- and even so we PAID you too cook and prepare it!!! Tried calling back in the morning and was told we should’ve brought it back - again are you kidding me??? My husband works approximately 8 to 10 and picks up our pizza due to us living 25 minutes away. Not only was the pizza poorly made but the customer service was...

Female store manager made threats of violence against me over the phone tonight. Driver forgot my tea, went back to get it, once at the store called to inform me they were sold out. Manager refused to give me back my cash and proceeded to blame me for handing over the money. Said I had to come up there to get my money even though the driver was planning to bring back my tea already. I have no transportation today which is exactly why i ordered delivery.

The manager was too big of a coward to give me her name before making threats to kick my A$$ after she got off work. I reported her to police before writing this review.

I want all customer to know how unprofessional this establishment really is. Management should take action against these two employees who can't do their jobs or represent their company is a positive manner.

I paid the driver a huge tip for his trouble to drive back and forth. Kept my tip. Never got my tea. So between the tea and tip... I'm out $17!! Never ordering from...
