My father was a cop in Magnolia years ago. The manager I had to deal with was Paige. I’m 71 years old and never complain, but I cannot believe she is in a management position. I was in a the drive through. I had ordered on the app as I usually do. I wanted to add something to the order and she said I couldn’t. I had a walk in because I put walk in instead of drive up, which I thought I did. When I got up to the window I told the girl I had two little kids in the backseat one in the car seat. I asked her please since my order was paid for and it was a very small order, could she please hand it to me at the drive-through? She said NO. Not nice, not with a smile on her face or acting sorry just like she was being mean basically. I asked to please speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. 😳. I asked again if she could please just give it to me here since it’s all paid for and I hit the wrong button. She made me walk in with the two little ones. Once inside, she was also not nice no personality no smiles nothing. I told her I would be in touch with someone about the situation. She was basically mean. And I hate to say it, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this McDonalds. Unless I call and it’s a different manager. One more thing at this restaurant the curb is close to the door there and all the drive-through people have to go right by that door. Three cars went by as I held the kids back to get to my car. Read moreThis McDonald's location is below average. The staff does not possess the ability to get your order right. The fries are undercooked, cold, soggy and down right gross. The burgers are beyond nasty. They are cold, put together very sloppy, horrible taste to them. I frankly would be daring to say it was hamburger. This disgusting mess sits under a light bulb to cook it. The bag of garbage that I paid for ended up in my dumpster after the first bite. Now don't waste your time to contact McDonald's corporate office for your money back. The only thing they are willing to do is mail you some free coupons so that you can repeat this horrible experience. I requested my money back from the restaurant manager, which this person refused to do so. The owner/operator could not be bothered to reply to my emails in effort to get my money back. It is very apparent that the owner/operator does not care about their restaurants. I am not interested in free coupons. These free coupons have not fixed the problem.
