Capt'n Pete's Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Maiden

We order from here occasionally and the last 3 times our orders have not been right or something missing. Twice I overlooked it. I to work in a restaurant. Tonight I called back and told them that the order was supposed to have Cold Boiled Shrimp and it didn’t. I called back and told them that I didn’t get the Cold Boiled Shrimp and that someone one was coming to get it. When he got there they showed him the ticket and they had wrote down Calabash Shrimp. That was their mistake and not mine so they didn’t give it to the guy that was nice enough to drive 20 minutes to get. At the restaurant I work for we always make good our mistakes. (The Customer Is Always Right). I have never written a bad review but this really upset me. I have been in the food service...

I usually enjoy going here to pick up dinner. But lately there's a new woman running the front register. She has no idea what she's doing and she's incredibly rude. She forgot to give me my change today and when I said, very politely, ma'am you still owe me the $5, she opened the register and LITERALLY threw it on the counter. Like it was MY fault. Then she tossed my food bag on the counter when it was ready! I didn't see the owner in the kitchen today or I'd have said something to him. The last time I was there she couldn't figure out how to run my debit card. The time before that she wrote my order down wrong and then got an attitude with me when I brought it...

Quite place to dine in. Very nice and polite staff. Quick drive through pick up call in window. Food absolutely amazing.order is correct everytime. Me and my wife always get the large salt and pepper jumbo shrimp and large salt and pepper chicken strips with fried squash and baked potatoes then we split the orders between us. My absolute without a doubt favorite seafood restaurant. The salt and pepper fried oysters are out of this world!only open i think 3:30 to 8:30 pm Thursday through Saturday night....
