Caught McBrennan's Gourmet Burger Shack pop-up at our Park Ridge Market: After Dark, and their burgers, both House ($12) and Plain Jaine $9), were fresh, made to order (waited about 10-minutes), and delicious. Buns nicely buttered with some sesame seeds, House burger had some homemade cucumbers/pickles, and both House and Plain Jane Burgers had a nice House Sauce. Onions would be a nice add. Hard to choose which of the two were the best.

Awesome burgers! House w/ bacon is insane(best burger sauce around), Royale burger is equally delicious but the dill pickled jalapeños make it unique!! Can’t go wrong here. Get one for yourself!!!

The photos almost say it all. But I'll add that these burgers were up there with the best in Chicago. Everything was perfectly executed. I can't wait to see what's next from them.

One of my favorite Burger Pop ups! When I arrived at their pop up, the aroma of the burgers had me wanting to order all their burgers. I ordered the House Burger, biting into deliciously juicy, steaming hot, perfectly two patty burger with cheese, pickle and their special sauce had me making"mmmmm" sounds. Can't wait for...
