Customer service was okay but the food was not ideal. The rice was really dry and the chicken was barely seasoned. Also the portions are not consistent. They give you a ton of rice but not a lot of sides. For example I ordered plantains with my rice and they only gave me 2 plantains while I got a mountain of rice. I got a ragout with white rice and black beans soup. It was horrible, I have never seen anything like it. The meat was soggy, and the smell of that ragout was horrible.
