Malibu Brewing Company — Restaurant in Malibu

This might be my favorite spot in all of Los Angeles and definitely in Malibu.

Everything is really well done from the food to the service to the merch.

Anything you order off of the food menu will be good but I recommend one of their boards as they are always changing them up with fresh veggies, cheeses, nuts and other accoutrements. They have a great mix of standard brew type eats as well as a long of healthy options that you normally wouldn't find at a brewery, which is nice.

The service is always on point and the manager especially does a really good job with monitoring tables, helping out with bringing orders when her servers are overwhelmed making sure everyone is happy.

The beer is also really good. All of them are low gluten (not gluten free) which is nice. I recommend doing a flight if it's your first time here but definitely try the hatch green chili as that is our favorite. They have a lot of them in packs to go so you can take some home too.

I recommend making a reservation ahead of time, especially if you are planning to go on a weekend for an outdoor seat as they have a great patio that is dog friendly (we always bring both of ours and they have a great time too).

We stumbled upon Malibu brewing while on vacation last week and were so thoroughly impressed! The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and perfect! We ended up coming in close to closing which I know can be a bummer for workers but the staff were all so kind and friendly. The food was so delicious! We ordered the elote appetizer which was so flavorful! The catch of the day tacos and a flat bread pizza. The dessert sopapillas are definitely a must! We were very impressed with everything! Even more kind/impressive was when heading out our kids had to make a stop at the bathrooms and the executive chef was out in the dining area closing stuff up, we shared how much we liked the food and kindly chatted with us for a few minutes about fun stuff in the area! So for us Malibu brewing is a mush visit if you’re in the area and we will for sure return next time...

What a lovely establishment. Just beautiful! Very inviting cozy decor and a beautiful outdoor area with grass and trees and it’s nicely covered to protect you from the sun. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was getting very busy, but we were seated right away. Very large parking lot.

They have some merchandise for sale, which is a nice treat if you’re from out of town. We shared the buffalo chicken dip skillet and it was very flavorful. Nice gooey, gooey cheese and just the right amount of heat with wonderful deep flavors. Enjoyed a nice cold glass of sparkling rosé.

Service was impeccable. Caesar started taking care of us and then Blaze took over and they were both fantastic even though it got extremely busy they were on top of it! Decent prices. Very enjoyable,...
