I’ve come to this store a few times & the service has always been pretty well but this last time the MGR herself was RUDE. When I tried to ask her a question she cut me off in anticipation of my question! She didn’t even give me a moment to ask my question fully, so when I went to the 2nd window I spoke with the polite young lady with a huge smile who handed me my food & asked for a different MGR because she was rude she got that same RUDE MGR. Once again she was rude & very abrupt with me to where my partner had to say let her talk because she wouldn’t let me speak! The issue was I wanted to use a coupon code & the code didn’t work & the mgr at the window taking my money didn’t tell me the code didn’t work. At that point I as the customer want to know to choose my OWN option to not buy it! She charged me full price & didn’t say ANYTHING! When I went to ask what happened to my cup (coupon) that all I got out of my mouth she cut me off & started her defense. This is not how McDonalds does business so they need to know that this MGR IS RUDE & NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I’m there paying her salary if it weren’t for you & I she wouldn’t have a job so treat us with the respect we deserve as I treat customer service reps very well because I am one! I WILL NOY BE GOING BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS. I know I’m a drop in their bucket but maybe this review can open some eyes at this location & the store MGR may see the need to make some changes! Read moreLocation no longer serves well-done fries. They no longer input or honor a well-done request. When this request was ignored, the attendant countered with they are really fresh, they just came out. When we inquired about our request for extra crispy fries being honored, we were parked as one might expect. Instead of making extra crispy fries, they simply brought us two more "fresh" fries. If you are going to completely ignore the intent of what we want, TELL US TO OUR FACE.
Update: burgers only come with meat and cheese. It seems this location is focused on getting people out quickly instead of with any accuracy. This change is sharp and recent, they must have lost a good manager. If you are close to another location go elsewhere.
Update: current manager is solid, performance the last month has been great. They take care when they make burgers without buns and they enter well done and follow through with making sure it happens. Quality improvement,...

If you know anything about fast food companies, you probably already know that one of the key strategies is consistency across all stores and McD's is one of the most advanced at this from a technology standpoint (ice cream machines notwithstanding...). The point here is the differentiators between stores tend to be things like cleanliness and service.
This store gets the service thing right more often than not. I've probably had 50 or so visits over the 10 years I've lived down the road and only had one mixed up order. About the only things I can really gripe about is a certain inconsistency in napkins and fries. Sometimes you'll get 1 napkin. Sometimes 20. Large fries in particular are not always fully filled up.
