Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manalapan Township

I'm giving 2 stars because it feels wrong to give only 1. This is my local Dunkin and I enjoy thr conveinence of them being here but 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong, burnt or the wrong size. I think it may have to do with the constant hiring of new people. I see different kids working the drive thru all of the time and have had some different circumstances. One time they kept repeating my order back to me wrong, another time they gave the wrong size. I've been given burnt bagels and burnt croissants because I always ask for them to be toasted. Many times they are out of donuts or muffins except for corn and bran I think it is. Today my sister went to grab coffee for us. I drink decaf because I have a heart condition and can have no caffeine. Long story short my sister came back complaining that the girl at the window handed her 2 iced coffees with no decaf marking and when she asked which was which the girl told her she didnt know, maybe it was the 1st one she handed her. Well in my condition, maybe is not an option because I cannot drink caffeinated drinks. My sister came in my house with 2 drinks that looked like iced tea, no labels and said maybe we can tell by the taste, but I cannot take that chance. My heart will pound and flutter because of the caffeine so I called Dunkin and spoke with a gentleman that said he would make me another. My trouble here is in a business setting where you are serving food and beverages you cannot play games and think that serving people something different will just be ok. They have a sign inside stating if you have nut allergy yo let them know but same applies if you have any medical condition that requires the staff to pay attention to how they are making your order. Having a caffeinated coffee could have made me spend the night in the hospital if I drank it and the girl at the window just saying, "I don't know", instead of saying, "let me check or make a new one" is unacceptable. I have never had a positive experience at this location and today I had it. This location is said to close at 7 and it is currently 6:05pm. There are a bunch of high school kids with their bikes in the lobby. But the girl who is working ran from behind the counter and locked the doors as my husband and I were walking in. She didn't apologize or anything just made the motion with her hand across her neck as thiugh we were cut off. Nice to know you hire high school kids who clearly cater to their friends.

Went here to grab a quick coffee and was completely ignored by the employee inside when at the drive through. I then went to go inside and the doors were locked and the employee was just staring at me. So I called the store and asked if they were still open and he said no they close at 7pm.
