My mom and stepdad were eloping and I was throwing them a reception to surprise their friends and family. While it was a backyard home reception, I made the space look quite elegant.

With 45-50 people arriving, I needed to find a caterer that could not only accommodate the amount of people but also provide delicious food and professional staff to help serve the food and assist with cleaning during and after the party.

I cannot find the words to express to much Frank and his staff surpassed my expectations!!! I told Frank that I had a lot of family traveling in from around the country and needed to be sure that whatever food was requested, that we had extra for the day after the party. AND HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

I had requested two staff members that would cater to an older, mature crowd. These ladies were absolutely incredible and were beyond what I could have asked for.

He exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond to develop the perfect menu within our budget. Despite the weather being less than ideal, Frank and his team came through in a big way! Burgers, fries, ribs, empanadas and more… Everyone at the party raved about the food and no one left hungry!
