Read moreI organized a fundraiser at the Osprey for Manasquan Cares on April 12, 2025. I couldn’t have asked for the event to go any better than it did from start to finish! It was so easy and stress free communicating with the owners, Dave, Lauren and Anthony. They were present throughout the entire evening and answered any questions I had throughout the night. They were so personable and helped make the event extra special. We discussed our plan to have Take Five Band perform for the night and we arranged for two food trucks, Ragin Cajun and Harry’s Smokin’ BBQ, to sell food to our guests in the back lot. Security personnel greeted each guest promptly with smiles. They were also stationed throughout the building to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves safely. The bartenders took care of every guest efficiently. The DJ/sound manager was on point sharing reminders and transitioning smoothly from the band performing to him playing music. I personally could not have asked for a better experience than this one! Communicating with Dave, Lauren, and Anthony about our ideas, and then seeing them come to life, was even better than I imagined it to be. The night of the event, all staff made it their priority to help in any way that was needed, as well as make sure the participants were having a great time. Participants were allowed to bring their own food or get it delivered which was a great touch. (Even the DJ was announcing when delivery drivers were outside!) With every bar being staffed, the bartenders ensured every guest was taken care of efficiently. The DJ was a huge help with the music and making sure the questions were projected on stage correctly.
