Pollo Loco Manassas — Restaurant in Manassas Park

Just moved to the area and wanted Peruvian chicken since I’m fasting and came across Pollo Loco. The gentleman at the counter is so kind and friendly, we chatted a little while I waited for my food. I’ve had a TON of Peruvian chicken, but this hands down is the absolute BEST! The seasoning penetrated down to the bone! It was moist, super flavorful, and the skin was sooooooo good! Don’t get me started on the sauces! He warned me about their red sauce being spicy (I love spice) and I was blown away at how incredible it tasted! Same goes for the yellow sauce and the green sauce. Normally, I can’t finish 1/2 chicken when I order it but I finished it last night in one sitting! That’s how amazing it was! I’ve order Pollo a la Brasa with 2 sides…guys the chicken no sauce or basically plain..it was just salt and pepper, and it was dried, when eating felt like it was microwaved, and the fries not warm/hot, more like lukewarm, and the arroz chaufa..cold..they have other dishes, but on what i ordered and ate and spent, not coming back to this place. The gentleman was nice, but i came to try something new, and this place was not it. Regarding its chicken..i dont recommend it, or the fries, your better off cooking it yourself at home. Oh and their white sauce..too salty and too watery..they might have stretched it too much.. And the bathroom, only 1 for customer and the other for employees only…you could come with a family of 4 or more and you would have to wait because the other is...
