Preston's Pub — Restaurant in Manassas Park

I was going to leave this alone. This the second time they forgot to deliver our pizza. So I had to call Door Dash again to get refunded as they don't deliver. But my BLT was soggy, a big ball of fatty tangled bacon, soggy bread, mealy tomato and small bit of wilted lettuce and mayo. The Bavarian pretzels were hard as a rock and inedible. The last time I got the fried fish, about a month ago, it was way too breaded and again, inedible. I am running out of things to eat there which is a bummer, as their food used to be good. The fried pickles come stuck together and way undercooked. I got a personal pizza w garlic a couple mos ago and it had literally a whole 4 oz jar of garlic on it. My husband likes their burgers but I am not a fan. It's kind of a shame bc if there was more attention paid and things were checked - Like if there was care/concern about the quality of the food, I know it...

We love this place! We come here so much that all the staff recognizes us and is always quick to say hello! They always remember our drink orders and are so incredibly consistent with their attentiveness, quality of food and friendliness. Angelina is usually our server and she’s such a laid back and wonderful person, we always know we’re in good hands when we see her. Today, Madeline was our server and she was so polite and kind. Katie will always say hey to us even though she’s barely ever our server. Josh at the bar makes awesome drinks and is always so personable and friendly! Love this family of people. The food is always above average, the building and patio is always clean and neat and I really don’t think I’ve never been disappointed patronizing...

After hearing about this place for some time, I looked it up on the map and decided to check them out for their burger Mondays. Service was slow by a new waitress and food prep was pushing 40 minutes! The place only had several people there after the lunch hour. I looked outside to see if there was a crowd there which was slowing down the cook or server. NOPE! I had to ask if they could back off on the A/C as it was really cold which a family near us agreed. Got my uninspiring burger and cold soggy fries which the manager replaced. Great hot, extra crispy fries per my first request! The menu has some cool stuff on it. Perhaps I'll come back and give them another try which I normally do, esp. seeing all of their great reviews. It just won't...
