Yum! I've been going here since the 90s when it turned from a bait shop to an ice cream shop. My friends used to work behind the counter in HS! They have great high schoolers working behind the counter and really yummy ice cream. It's a small spot, so if the line is out the door don't be discouraged, they manage it well and it goes quickly. Manchester-by-the-Sea has become our favorite New England seaside town, and Captain Dusty's is a major contributor to that sentiment. 100/10....
