Cafe Napoli — Restaurant in Manchester Township

This place is the bomb, we recently just tried Cafe Napoli and WOW it's awesome! Been back nearly every week now.

I love their garlic bread with cheese, they are not shy with the garlic. Spaghetti and meatballs is delicious. Some of the BEST meatballs I have ever had in a restaurant.

My husband loves the sausage, has fennel in it. Flavourful 😋

Pizza is pretty good too we have had it dining in and we also have taken it home.

The servers, the buser are wonderful.

I love the atmosphere very cozy, Italian music playing softly. Smells good when you wake through the door.

I hate to tell anyone about this place because that will mean more people will go there. Then we will have a harder time getting a seat. But they deserve the patronage.

My oldest son came for a visit and we went here for dinner. He ordered I think it was flounder franchise. Wow, he loved it and it was set ed on a crystal type of platter shaped like a fish.

Prices are reasonable, portions are plentiful. I ate a third of my dinner and took home the rest. Had the meal for two more days.

The one dish I was not crazy about was a pasta similar to fettuccine Alfredo. I had chicken added to it. I did not like the chicken and I felt the fettuccine needed some more seasoning. It was very bland. I love that kind of dish normally. Maybe they will allow me to have extra seasoning on it.

Other than that we have enjoyed this restaurant. It's located in a plaza setting, in Manchester.

Gonna try the eggplant rolontini next visit.

Had the worst experience ordering take-out from Cafe Napoli. Have been going to this restaurant for years and ordered take-out tonight. We ordered a large plain pie and six dinners. The person taking the order even read it back correctly, but when I got there, to my surprise, there were only five dinners and no pizza. I explained that they were missing one dinner and the pizza. Perhaps the most distressing aspect is the person behind the counter was rude. He acted like it was our fault, when obviously it was theirs. The real insult came when he didn't even apologize. Had he apologized I would have chalked it up to a busy night and a mistake, but his rude attitude and failure to even apologize shows terrible customer service. Worst dining in experience at a restaurant. There was only one waitress who took fifteen minutes just for a Coke, owner is sitting in shorts not doing anything to help, food must have been microwaved because half of it was burning hot and the rest was cold. Soup was cold, sent it back and it comes back cold again. Took forever for the food to arrive, sauce was very bitter. The chicken was tough and had to try to cut it with a butter knife because they had no serrated knives. Took the soup home to heat up myself and they give it in one of those tin containers and it spilled everywhere because the container isn't meant for soup.
