The only person who isn't absolutely miserable is the young male cashier. The manager or asm is a horrible person. One day in the dead of summer this year, an older gentleman fell outside from heat exhaustion. A nurse and myself helped him up and wanted to get him a chair. This dreadful woman said that they don't have any-I worked for Dollar Tree as an asm for 6 years so I knew that she was lying because there are always at least two chairs in the office as well as others in the break area. One of her cashiers brought a chair out from the office and she was complaining. While the man was sitting with the nurse I went back inside. A few customers were saying that she should call an ambulance (which is dollar tree protocol when somebody falls, gets hurt, etc. On their property)-she started yelling, "we don't need to call an ambulance if he says he's okay. It's not my problem that he fell. He was the one standing outside for so long." He was waiting for senior transportation, and I know this because I spoke with him. As I stated before, I worked for dollar tree for 6 years as an asm and never treated anybody as bad as she has. By the way, this is only one incident, she is always a nasty person. If you need a balloon, guess what? Attitude! You need help finding something? Attitude! My son needed to use the restroom one time and she told me they didn't have one, and I challenged her knowing DT and she said, "well, the rules changed." That whole store needs a new staff, they are all miserable and nasty. I hate when I leave a store and feel like I have to apologize for interrupting their gossip about coworkers and customers. ...

Equally well stocked with friendly and knowledgeable staff as the others I visit regularly while shopping for my Dad and myself. The cashier's are friendly and work quickly which is great considering our $300+ orders coming down the conveyor belt. Having been to all of the other grocery stores I always find myself back at a ShopRite which must say something. I can't recall a time that I've not found particular items I've needed not found vacancy in a product's spot which is nice. Having said this, I'm not able to think of much else ShopRite in Manchester or other locations might do to make my experience better. I'm aware the large group of stores have been undergoing upgrades and renovation, none of which has impacted my shopping. Very good management. Try it,...
