This location sucks. They never get my order right and on the rare occassion they do, they don't mix the blizzards well. I moved a year ago and my previous DQ locatoin was great. The one I have to use now, this Whiting one, is disappointing every time I go. Today, I asked for a mint blizzard with brownie. I got mint on the very top (I watched the teenager give the blizzard 2 pumps of mint o the top and no where else). Instead, I got the first few bites mint, and the rest vanilla. And they put chocolate CHIPS in it, in addition to the brownie. I have no clue where the chocolate chip piece came in, as those are quite different from brownies. I do'nt like vanilla icecream, so I had to throw it out, as my fiance doesn't like vanilla either. A week ago, when I went, there was a teenager standing behind the counter looking at her phone. It took 3 mins (literally) until she noticed I was standing there. I used to love Dairy Queen, but it's just not worth the constant disappointment anymore. I don't eat it right awy, so I don't notice it's wrong until I get on the couch, all ready to eat it, just to be disappointed 90% of the time. I've complained to cooporate and promised a coupon- that was months ago and I have yet to see this coupon. The girl made the order wrong three times and then began to get an attitude and complain to her coworkers “ who orders strawberries on a sundae anyway. “ speaking loud enough about ME A PAYING CUSTOMER. After she finally made it correctly, she decided to aggressively slam it on the counter. When she was asked for her name and the name of her manager she refused to provide the information and stated she was not giving her name. The second girl working was her sidekick and laughed at the entire situation. I asked for the name from her as well, and she said she could not give that information. Read moreVery horrible costumer service. I was accused of not communicating back to the store that I was not picking up a birthday cake. I spoke to more than 3 people in the store. As someone who used to work in the bakery/cake atmosphere, if a cake order gets cancelled you CAN resell a cake with proper steps of defrosting/refrosting, ESPECIALLY if it is an ice cream place. I’ve also had an incident where a family member went to pick up an online order that was placed well in advance and she had to write on the cake order herself.. and now they want to threaten a costumer for not picking up a written cake?
