I have several complaints about this location. They have been adding up until today, which was the last straw. I will not be spending money in this restaurant again.
The wifi in this restaurant is useless. I've tried it with multiple devices and it just doesn't work.
The staff in the store are rude. If I have a question, or express anything outside of the absolute routine, they get angry with me. For instance, I ordered a bagel with butter, and I saw "non-butter spread" appear on the register as she was entering my order. To the layperson, that sounds a lot like "margarine." I asked, "What is non-butter spread?" She looked at me as if I had killed her dog, and spoke very condescendingly to me.
As I was waiting for my bagel, multiple people who had ordered after me received their food orders before me. I have no problem with this, but I wanted to make sure that my order had not been "misplaced" or something. If this sort of thing had not happened before at this store, I would have thought nothing of it. But the last time I simply waited for my order and multiple people were going past me, it was because if I had not said something, they never would have given me the food I paid for.
I approached the same employee, in a polite fashion, to make sure they were making my bagel. She said, "It's not instantaneous, you know." I had done nothing to deserve that.
I use this example to demonstrate a pattern. If it had been a one time event, I wouldn't bother writing all of this. But it seems to happen on a regular basis. If this store was not on my way to work, I would never go there, but due to its convenient location I have until today gone there anyway. My feeling is that if something happens that is outside of the strict routine, they don't know how to handle it, and they take it out on the customer for disturbing their comfortable routine.
I'm not a difficult customer and I'm not a complainer. If I was being rude or impolite, I would understand being rude right back. I appreciate that retail work, dealing with the public, isn't always fun. I understand that customers can be jerks, and when they are, I believe that retail workers have the right to stick up for themselves. That is absolutely not the case here. I have never done anything to deserve being treated rudely. Yet these kinds of situations seem to happen over and over again, and only at this...
Read moreHands down worst dunks in S.NH!! I normally NEVER write these type of things but this place REALLY takes the cake! I have been working close to here in the last month. Yesterday I went in with my kiddo, it wasn't a busy time for a dunks past the rush hour. We order a few things and well waiting (at least 10mins) by there "pick-up" location someone who I can only imagine was some type of management because he had a blue collar shirt on (not dressed like the employees) Said in the rudest tone "why are you standing here, do you need something?!?" I replied "I'm waiting for my order, I thought we wait by the pick-up" Just then an employee wips my bag around the man in the blue shirt and it almost falls on the floor. We take the bag and leave, only to find out they forgot a donut. Back inside we go, to only get an attitude about a donut and they ask to see my receipt. (Really I was in the store 30 sec ago) So now 24hrs later... here I got back into the dunks to place an order. Stand there for what seem like a long time a few employees go to get donuts walk right by as if I'm not standing at the register. Finally someone comes to take my order. NOW this time I wait by the chairs because judging my last experience your NOT supposed to wait by "pick-up" I get my sandwich after waiting about 5mins (not as bad as yesterday) take it back to work. Open it only to find it's a soupy mess, they should have gave me a spoon to eat my sandwich! Bottom line is I could go on about this dunks and there rude, horrible customer service because this only happen in a 24hr period. But I'm not I'm going to just take my business to the other dunks 5 mins in the...
Read moreIt's shocking how bad this location is. Management must be something here. Employees always seem miserable or act rude. The coffee is worse than just a little weak. It's basically just water with cream and sugar added. The espresso drinks taste like burnt coffee. They consistently miss the step of adding flavor swirls to the lattes so they're not sweetened at all. They consistently don't refill the hot chocolate machine so it ends up being hot water mixed with whatever small amount of powder was left in the machine (I've ordered multiple and it's a trend like the lattes!) They don't start making On The Go App orders until you arrive which defeats the whole purpose. Items are always either wrong or missing entirely. It doesn't matter how simple you make your order or how busy it is there either. I don't care about the occasional mistake. They happen, but when it's all the time and we're spending significant money at a location, come on! I never leave bad reviews but after 3 months of this being our new closest location to home I'm done with them. We hoped it would get better, but clearly it's not going to. Just avoid...
