Waffle House — Restaurant in Manchester

What a warm and generous crew working at 1 am, in a freezing diner! The young man cooking was so professional and yet so friendly and smiling. He turned on the juke box. He offered to put any ingredient into my hash browns. I went with his suggestion of chopped onions and chopped tomatoes and something else -im so tired I can't remember. The burger was amazing, so flavorful, and the bacon was made fresh, huge thick slices. I have found my new burger take out. (Not that I eat out much, obviously. )

There was another waitress there, and she too was so attentive, and smiling every time she addressed me, it mafe me feel special. She asked if I was enjoying the food, if I needed anything, and when i finally broke down and confessed to her, she empathized with me freezing. As i told her, it was the only thing taking away from my enjoyment of being there. She too was freezing. I learned that many customers complain of being extremely cold there in the afternoon. I also learned no one was allowed to adjust the temperature.

Hey big boss, you have an American national treasure of a crew there, the idealized, late night wonder you see WH portrayed to be in some movies. The reliving of memories made in better years- and this 49 year old has dined in Paris as a resident, in Munich as a Christmas tourist, and waited on 12 tops with unlimited salad and breadsticks - I'm not an idealist. Fix your AC setpoint. Fix your thermostat so it can work as a thermostat. Big boss can decide the temp, sure, make it untouchable, sure, but a good thermostat, with temp sensors well placed, will adjust the air no matter the crowd or the kitchen fires. sure, lock 71 down, sure, or even 65, but 55 is insane. I had to leave your restaurant in the middle of my meal, in August, because you don't care about your customers or your employees.

This was the worst Waffle House that I've ever been to !!! We ordered 1 cheeseburger with hash browns for my wife 1 pork chop sandwich with hash browns for myself and a waffle to be split for our 2 granddaughters 2cups of coffee and 2 glasses of water we sat for 10 min be for the drinks were brought to us and another 10 min before our silverware was brought to us - after another 15/20 min our food was brought to us my wife first and after she was 1/2 way through I got my food after my wife was finished and I was 3/4 through they brought my granddaughters 2 slices of burnt bacon to chew on until their waffle was done once their waffle was brought it was without any kind of syrup there wasn't even an offering for a refill or warm up for the coffee -- the performance was an embarrassment to the Waffle House Name and a total disgrace to the owner -- as for the loyalty for myself and family we will remain a satisfied customer (from Ohio) and understand that every rose has its thorn but this place was just plain ridiculous I am glad we were just passing through Manchester Tennessee Robert...

The most Amazing Waffle House I had a flat tire and pulled into this Waffle House with my three kids late at night it was extremely clean an everyone was so caring and concerned I’ve never had so much hospitality from a restaurant in my life jay the cook callled a friend to change my tire and my kids had Waffle House hats so they got a free kid’s waffle I cannot believe how nice Robin the waitress was I highly recommend these night shift workers at this clean friendly Waffle House if I could give them 100 stars I would I bought my all star meal tipped and the food was the best I’ve ever ate at any Waffle House ever please go here this is the most amazing Waffle House I’ve ever ate at with very kind ppl and excellent food every inch of the place was extremely...
