Balancing Goat Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Mandan

My last time going to Balancing Goat. I would go multi times a week and bring my new friends and relatives from out of town because we love the coffee and food. I had an incident where I left my credit card at home after I ordered and had to step away to activate my Debit card that I have never used. There was along line when I came back so I went through drive through. Informed cashier I collect points. She had something against me right away. (maybe cause I left and went through drive through) Anything I asked she was short and moody. I typed in my phone number since i was using a new card. I didn't know what to do when it was stopped on the rewards screen. Asked her what to do next, (didn't want to mess up transaction if I took my card) she was in attack mood- We went back and forth. She had to make a point that the machine recognized my card so I was corrected her that it did not recognized my card and I had to type in my phone number. ( conversation was weird and at one point she didn't want to give me my food)- She told me I am always rude to everyone. --I don't get what just happen? (If I am rude then please help me and reassure me) not keep my food and tell me I am rude to everyone- I don't need to go back there if employees talk badly every time I come and order multiple items. It has always been difficult when I order multigrain bread, I forget and say herbs and wheat and some new staff members don't have the breads memorized- when they switched to a new system and staff could not help to confirm if I received points. Made a comment once that you use to get a free drink instead of $5 credit. Even when they forgot to make my sandwich and I waited over 30 minutes- I didn't say anything mean to anyone. I wanna like this place cause it’s close but EVERYTIME I come here they “forget” to make my smoothies or lattes with almond milk and it’s really upsetting because I’m lactose intolerant and drinking milk can ruin my entire day. They never write on the cups so I never know what I’m getting. When I ask if they made it with almond milk they either say “no” or “I don’t know” or “it should be” and I don’t want to be rude but I feel like they need to be more careful with this stuff. It’s happened so many times. On top of that whenever I ask for a specific coffee to be made for me, they act like they can’t do it or they just say they can and make something completely different. I have not been to a better Coffee Company since I arrived here in North Dakota last July. The owner and staff have great personalities and attentive. I have tried almost all of their products from Coffee to Food and it's all awesome. The premises are spotless and the seating, tables, and conversation area very comfortable. I highly recommend Balancing Goat Coffee Co. to anyone who enjoys a great cup of coffee and a very positive environment. Keep up the great work.
