where do i begin. brought my girlfriend and good friend looking for some good mexican food this past sunday morning and have seen this place packed on a good day so we had an initial good vibe. as soon as we sat down we got rushed by the waitress who barely knew english. we asked what the best choice on the menu for breakfast was expecting 1 or 2 good items but she rattled off like 8 things. we guided her back to the idea we wanted breakfast and she mentioned carnitas , and we thought that the breakfast burrito had an option for carnitas in it so we said sure assuming we had an understanding. soon thereafter she proceeds to brings out two very large carnitas wet burritos suitable for dinner. wasn’t very good and also the corona my friend ordered was flat. not what we needed on a sunday morning but you live and learn and if i could enter zero stars i...

Cozy Mexican food shop a quick hop from El Porto. Came here post-run with my dad for lunch, and dined in. Note that seating is very limited since it’s a small spot, and most people seemed to opt for takeout. Metered street parking is available and there’s a parking lot across the street. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Note that they no longer serve lengua (even though it’s listed in the menu).

I got the junior deluxe wet burrito (you get a choice of chicken or ground beef) and I still had half for leftovers the next day. The person who took our order was super friendly and helpful. We got some tostadas with salsa (very mild) and got to enjoy the breeze in front of the open window. Overall, it’s a relaxed, lowkey spot to grab some food...

El Tarasco's is right near the Pacific Ocean in a popular area of Manhattan Beach. It is a little place with counter seating for 4 or 5 people. They also have take out and delivery. The place is very small and not at all fancy. It is authentic and has super Mexican food you will love at reasonable prices, unlike most of the eateries in Manhattan Beach.

All of their food is fresh. This is traditional Mexican food and they have great tacos, burritos, rice and beans and the best guacamole.

The service is very nice and fast. You will be well taken care of at El Tarasco's.

Parking is on the street and you may need to walk a wee bit once you find a spot.

You will love this little hole...

Does not care about customers unless you are young and pretty then the guy running it will notice you. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will watch you wait and wait until you ask where's the food cause he's so distracted by younger women.no masks and customers drinking behind the counter and mixing up drinks with the soda machine and dumping their own liquor in the soda cups. Very unprofessional and dirty. Greasy and gross. The good reviews can't be real. WORST Mexican food in all of LA. Very very creepy vibe from the manager or guy running the front. Do yourself a favor and order from taco bell because you will get better service and better food there then this "authentic" overpriced garbage!

I love Mexican cuisine and I've traveled extensively to satisfy my need for said comfort food. I think I've found the epicenter of the beautiful enchilada and burrito but most importantly the taquito. The food was pure bliss, service was over the top and the establishment was everything i wanted and more in a hole in the wall taquitery (if that's a term) We all walked away soooo satisfied and impressed that we walked back to our vrbo in silence. Thank you for the 90 minute trip in time back to 1970's Mexico and Mamma's Hacienda. I'm greatly appreciative.
