Parking was nightmare in summer. We spent an hour driving around to find a spot. The lot was all full. Street parking was full of cars. Otherwise, the beach is pretty nice. Walk along the beach and bike trail was clean and plants are well maintained. There were a lot of beach houses with people enjoying the weather. Showers were provided every here and there but the proper restroom near where we went was closed. I love the vibes!

This is a nice free to use exercise course. It is slightly confusing because you see a Group B and Group C set of exercises, but no A except for the stretch in the middle. It may get busy at times but usually you can work between people. The pushup and situp benches seemed to have a lot of sand on them, so you may want to bring something to wipe them off. Great free calisthenic workout!
