Berry Blendz — Restaurant in Mankato

I just tried to pick up an order on Doordash from Berry Blendz as the first part of a stacked delivery. It was supposed to be picked up by 1:02pm. And upon accepting the order, I got a notification that it was ready. I drove there and arrived before 1:02pm. I was the only one inside and it wasn't busy whatsoever. I waited nearly 10 minutes and didn't even see any staff members. I even tried calling out for a staff member a few times over that 10 minutes. I had to unassign from the order since I couldn't even get help from a staff member.

Doordash is my main source of income at the moment and I had to forfeit my pay just because I couldn't get help from anyone. I must reiterate, it wasn't busy and I was the only one in there.

I reported that location to Doordash because, quite frankly, it doesn't have any business being on Doordash. You applied for the job, you should at least try to do it right. Do better Berry Blendz! I'm never picking up...

Apparently nobody works here? I took my dollar off coupon here in hopes for a nice light lunch. I arrived on a Saturday around 11:25am just as a customer was leaving. The open sign was on and I went on in. Nobody was at the counter so I waited. After a couple minutes I yelled "Hello?!" But still nobody came back. After 5 minutes I called the store but nobody answered..twice. I even saw a guy in the back on his phone but he never looked back at me. I yelled again. No answer. I even considered walking in the back to get his attention but decided to leave around 11:35am and spend my money...

I went to go get a PB&J smoothie bowl. Pretty self explanatory. I watched then make it and try handing me the bowl completely unblended. I asked them if they were going to blend it and they look at me like I was insane and said they don’t do that but they went and blended it anyways. Including the toppings I asked for which one if not originally part of the smoothie bowl ingredients. A smoothie bowl is literally a thicker smoothie in a bowl. A smoothie is blended.
