Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Mansfield

If I could give 0 stars I would. The claimed to be owner of the store gave the worst customer service I've ever had. After not receiving the order I asked for after leaving the building just to my car, I come in to ask for the correct sprinkles I had ordered. Not only was I charged 2X the amount I was supposed to be for the original sprinkles but one of the workers there got the manager to up charge me a dollar for their mistake even after bringing back the originals they gave me to show I hadn't even touched them. I understand stores cannot take back food after being given to the customer , ( I have been an assistant manager of a store and understand franchises cannot afford to lose money) but you always fix the mistake. I asked for nothing free but what I paid for & what I asked for after the "manager" constantly claiming to upcharge a dollar from regular sprinkles to crunch , I politely asked for a refund for everything and the "manager" told me he couldn't do a refund , I was completely baffled and will never in life come back to this store or reccomend it to anyone. The servings are small and the work ethic and customer service is beyond horrible. The original girl who made the mistake was very sweet and I understand she couldn't do much, but I do appreciate her being kind. Maybe she should run the store instead of the "owner". Always love DQ! Tons of variety! My favorite is the Butterfinger Blizzard, made with chocolate softserve and add hot fudge and peanut butter. OMGosh! Yum! And, they make a Hawaiian Ice Cream cake that will knock your socks off! Double-Yum! My Husband and oldest Son have the same favorite; the Cotton Candy Blizzard. They really wish it was a permanent item on the menu. My youngest Son loves any sundae made in the Waffle Cup. And my 12 yr old Daughter always gets a Lime Slushie Float. Everything is always so good! Last weekend we had a great time sitting outside on the picnic tables with the kids, our cones and a baby cup of delicious vanilla softserve for our dog! The Employees are on their toes and so very, very busy! My one suggestion for improvement: And, it's probably hard... But the Employees could be a little more genuine, smile, and also seem more interested in...

The young ladies working here were so helpful and kind! I called ahead to make sure they were open because my GPS said they closed at one time and Google said another - Google had a phone number for the store but I didn’t really expect an answer, but the lady who answered was pleasant to talk to and told me that they close at 10.

When I got there it was very busy and the parking lot was full but the service was quick and friendly. The ice cream was great. I didn’t realize that they had ice cream cakes so I thought that it would be helpful to add to my review -...
