Honestly, my family loves KFC. We have it at least once a month. Tonight was the worst it's ever been. I called in, as I normally do, to place my order ahead of time. I pick it up on my way home from work. First time I called, I was hung up on after I said I wanted to place an order for pickup. The girl said "you will have to wait, I need to finish an order" which was fine. Then I heard the line click and the call ended. I called back, it just kept ringing. I just decided to stop in and get it.
Most would say, just go somewhere else. Well, I have very picky eaters and it was KFC night so I was stuck. When we got there, people were waiting for almost 30 minutes for their orders. Drive through was backed up to the road and the employees didn't care. There was no urgency, they just kept telling people they needed to wait, rudely. Finally the people had enough and most asked for refunds, which they couldn't do because a manager was present? Come on
Now I understand being busy. We have all been there. Most people try to be courteous and understanding. These employees couldn't have cared less. They were rude, barking at people, yelling at each other. No one had any direction. It was like kids running the orphanage. I feel bad for those still stuck there waiting. I decided to leave and went to the location across town.
If you decide you want chicken, choose another location. The staff here doesn't appreciate business and couldn't care less about...

Extreamly unpleasant and time consuming ....last two times I've got food there, they forgot a biscuit, fork, napkin and couldn't even say thank you after they ripped me off on my $14 order after I sat in the drive thru 20mins... I called and complained, I was promised my meal replaced by a manager..... So a week later I go in the same KFC... Asked for my replacement meal and sat there while I watched 4 customers after me get there food.... And one customer walked out bc he never even got anyone to take his order.... After about 25 mins I was asked what my order was again, she forgot my name, my order, and the fact I was even there after saying it 3 times.... I eventually got my food replaced.... But what I'd rather see replaced is the staff that works there.... How do you run out of food at a fast food restaurant.....by not doing your job... I know that much, and I know I will NEVER eat at that KFC again after all the hassle I went though TWICE!!!! bulldoze that place to the ground and plant a better KFC is what I say! They deserve every bit of this review, and it is totally unacceptable how they do...
Read moreThis was my all time worst experience with fast food. I've been really enjoying KFC lately, especially their fries. I've been working in Delaware and had great experiences there, so I thought I would hit up Ashland Road for dinner tonight. I pulled in and the drive through line is wrapped all the way around the building. That seems to be pretty common for this location. I thought about going somewhere else, but I didn't think it could take that long, right? I was in line for one hour, which is unfathomable. I know for a fact that these places have goals for window times that are like 3 minutes. I get up to the window, they have a totally different order to give me. I told them what I ordered, and the guy ran back and made it fairly quick, probably within a couple minutes. I asked him what was going on with the wait, he said two employees called off and one never showed. Respect to the few that actually did show up and tried to do their job. Whoever hired the bums that didn't show up should maybe reconsider their employment. Who knows, maybe that's the only people they could find to hire in this fantastic town. 2...
