Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Mansfield

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STARBUCKS!! I don’t even know where to begin. The baristas were more concerned with talking to each other than taking my order. I was the only one in line and I thought great because I was traveling and wanted to get back on the road, but they just stood there talking and didn’t want to acknowledge my existence. After finally taking my order they went back to talking and just standing there in no hurry to make my drink, and then about 5 minutes later more customers came up and ordered. They proceeded to make their drinks, and after making five other customers drinks, they finally made mine. It was the WORST coffee I have ever had!! They do not know what they are doing or how to make the drinks properly. I also watched them carry the drinks from one station to the other with their fingers down the glass. 🤮 There was so much more that was wrong..definitely the worst experience I...

This is not the baristas fault, but they had one person working and it took 45 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my drink. I was standing in line for over half an hour and they had ONE person working. That’s setting them up for failure. The two people in front of me ordered a total of over 20 drinks between the two of them. I felt so bad for her. They need to have a limit on how many drinks one person can order in person if they are only going to have one person working

Edit- it’s now been over 1 hour. This is honestly ridiculous.

About jump pass. All i know is you can contact them to set up a time to use your pass.... Arive 10 min early and be on time so you can check in. Look at your ticket. If their isnt a expiration date on it then i assume you can schedule a jump time for any day except scheduled events. So all in all. Call them and scheduel a time. And get their 10 min early to. Check in. Cause if you schedule a hour. For example 5pm to 6pm, and get their at 5:15 your jump time still expires at 6pm. Sucks i know. But they havr to have a head count. So its not...
