If you go inside the lobby, expect to wait a while. I'm assuming they're short staffed, so they're doing the best they can. I waited 40 minutes one time just for a chicken sandwich. But other times, I've waited for 5-15 minutes. If you're eating in, sure. But if you're just grabbing to go, then the drive-through is much faster. The dining area is pretty clean. They keep the parking lot up, too. There is plenty of seating in the dining area, too.
We rarely get dinner for the family, though. I personally love their chicken sandwich, with McDonald's Buffalo sauce! It's so good. But, when we do get dinner here, we spend $45+ ( for a family of 5), but we always have leftovers.
Sometimes, the chicken sandwich , like the chicken & chicken tenders, is really good and juicy. Other times, it's on the dry side.
The staff are always friendly, I did have an issue about a year ago in the drive-through, I went to place an order & the young man yelled " WE CLOSED" it was 2 pm lol so i went inside and placed the order. Idk if he was having a bad day? But he had the biggest attitude 🙄 I'm polite and usually pretty forgiving because I've worked fast food. I worked at churches chicken years ago, so i understand. Anywho, another lady came up, apologized, and took my order. Other than that, one time, everyone is friendly.
You can order online for quick pick up or order for delivery ( through 3rd party delivery services). If you choose to order through doordash, for example, you'll pay way more. For example, the chicken sandwich is $5 and some change. On those apps, they charge $6-$7 for the same sandwich. Outside of fees for using those sites plus tips. Read moreI mean this as a compliment to mentally handicapped people. My most recent experience would've been better if the workers were mentally handicapped. It's ridiculous anymore at this location. It seems like there are only horribly incompetent workers at this location. They have been on a downhill slope since summer of 2018. It just keeps getting worse. The wait for food gets longer. The quality of the food keeps going down. The service, as noted, can't get much lower unless they just completely stop doing anything... My most recent experience through the drive through included them not getting my order correct to begin with, then giving me the wrong food, walking away with my debit card without a word of explanation, and forgetting the extra sides I had ordered, all while slamming the window shut before I could say a word. Then, when I went in to get the sides, the worker couldn't be bothered to pull herself away from her conversation to actually ask me what was going on. I finally got someone's attention and told them what happened. No apology, nothing, just an eye roll and attitude. Then they had to go in the back to get more of the side I had ordered, which is understandable because the container was empty. What isn't understandable is the actual 5 minutes they were back there! Today, the Mgr took my order then put some one else behind the counter. I picked up my order, then after sitting down, I realized that it was incomplete. I asked for then missing 3-piece tenders I ordered/paid for and employee said still waiting, so we began to eat our (2) 6-piece dinners. We finished our meal, then again I asked for the missing 3-piece tenders and now the Mgr said that I already got them and she wasn't "fixing this", like I was trying to get over and get free food. After explaining that this wasn't true and showed her my tray and my receipt, the Mgr became rude and said she was going to call the cops. I said go ahead because I was clearly in the right. Then the Mgr went in her office and hid so she wouldn't have to address this issue. She refuse to correct my order for food that was missing, refused to talk to me, and refused to give me a refund.
