Taco Bell — Restaurant in Manteca

I came through the drive-thru and had ordered a chalupa box and wanted a fiery Taco in a cool ranch taco with it because I saw a sign below the menu for those flavored tacos. I was informed that they didn't sell the fire tacos anymore, even though they still advertised them.

When I asked for no lettuce on any of the items, the women on the mic started saying 'are you serious' and 'come on' as well as sighing very heavily, she had an extremely bad attitude and was very unprofessional and rude. I canceled my order with her and parked the car and went inside to order from somebody else. I talked to the manager and she did resolve the issue with the sign and gave me my food. She tried to assure me that the woman in the window was talking to her co-workers and not me, but I do not believe that, and even if she was talking to her co-workers, it should not have been in the middle of my order well she was supposed to be conversing with me or where I could hear it come through the speaker.

Now I go to El Pollo Loco instead because they give me much better service.

I still gave three stars for the manager trying to fix things and the food being hot and good as well as accurate.

But I will not be back because of that employee and because the manager tried to cover it up instead of having the employee take responsibility for...

Absolute worst service I have ever had I came through the drive-thru I waited about I'd say 1314 minutes in the drive thru maybe even longer three cars behind me left I get up to the window the gentleman helping me was very nice I told him you know man if my foods not ready I'm going to go ahead and leave I have to get ready for work the lady walks over I think the so-called manager that's who she was claiming to be super rude didn't even ask me if I want any sauces I said this was ridiculous slams The Window on me I don't know what she said because she slammed the window on my face so I proceeded to go inside and I want my money back you're not going to treat your customers like that that was horrible customer service and then when I go inside precedes to say we've had multiple people complaining today we've had multiple people do this I don't care you're not going to treat me like that I'm the customer so I wanted my money back probably should reevaluate who your manager is because that was absolutely horrible horrible service horrible there is never ever a reason to slam the window on a customer ever I don't care if you're having a bad day whatever it is that was so...

So far the service has been horrifically horrible I brought my sister's best friends dog walker who used to be my second grade teacher for a taco lunch. She got into an argument with the cashier lady because well Taco Bell in Manteca is unbelievably disgusting she told him to wash the floors tell them to wash their butts told him to wash their hands. We begged and begged and begged for hot sauce it wasn't like we told him to go next door and buy a bottle of something that actually tastes good we decided we wanted their crappy one.. No at this time my sister's best friends dog walker in my second grade teacher got a little perturbed at the fact that we asked for Supreme tacos and we got taco shell with me and nothing else highly upsetting she says Ashley took her mr.
