I came through the drive-thru and had ordered a chalupa box and wanted a fiery Taco in a cool ranch taco with it because I saw a sign below the menu for those flavored tacos. I was informed that they didn't sell the fire tacos anymore, even though they still advertised them.
When I asked for no lettuce on any of the items, the women on the mic started saying 'are you serious' and 'come on' as well as sighing very heavily, she had an extremely bad attitude and was very unprofessional and rude. I canceled my order with her and parked the car and went inside to order from somebody else. I talked to the manager and she did resolve the issue with the sign and gave me my food. She tried to assure me that the woman in the window was talking to her co-workers and not me, but I do not believe that, and even if she was talking to her co-workers, it should not have been in the middle of my order well she was supposed to be conversing with me or where I could hear it come through the speaker.
Now I go to El Pollo Loco instead because they give me much better service.
I still gave three stars for the manager trying to fix things and the food being hot and good as well as accurate.
But I will not be back because of that employee and because the manager tried to cover it up instead of having the employee take responsibility for...
