Southern Classic Chicken — Restaurant in Many

I arrived in the drive-through at 7:30 PM on a Thursday night. I was told that there were no lids for the medium or the large cups. They were out of red beans and rice and once I did and find something that they had to offer which was the dirty rice they gave me my small drink and told me to park. I sat outside for more than 10 minutes. I went inside and asked for a refund, and they gave me a refund for the chicken only because they said I drank out of my drink. This establishment does not deserve my hard earned money. I gave them a full drink back and they gave me my money back. So sad. Minimal profit,...

The best chicken I've had in a long time. I've never been disappointed with my meals. The Large order of Okra is huge and amazing. The only thing I could complain about is that they are constantly busy and you may have to wait 10 minutes if you walk inside and order and the Drive thru is always packed...I've seen cars backed up from the highway all the way up and around the building.. I would suggest calling ahead and ordering and then walking inside to pick it up. Having said that it's definitely not something that would deter me from my Southern Classic Chicken...Just like their slogan says... "It...

Even though it was super busy, the line moved fast, the crew was friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. When we saw how busy it was we went to McDonald's across the street instead. Waited 10 minutes as first in line without so much as an acknowledgment from staff. Walked back to Southern Classic, waited half the time in a longer line, were treated well, and were eating our food while even the drive-thru line at McDs hadnt moved in 10 minutes.
