As of lately seems the employees of the place are just rude and not motivated. Not sure if that's a management thing or the employees are just simply not good at customer service or food/ drink handling. I feel sorry for the drive through person because I've came to this location once every 2 or 3 weeks and I see the person actually working the drive thru be treated badly by the the others. No matter who the person was because it's been a different person each time so I can see it's not a singled out act of revenge amongst coworkers. The food was hot to the touch but one bite and you'll quickly know that the food was still fridge cold inside. Specially the burrito. I ordered a hot drink, asked that it be made not piping hot. In their words "children's temp" and instead of a turtle latte I get. Freaking HOT CHOCOLATE! NO COFFEE AT ALL! On my way to work, I was not going to go back. It was a waste of time and money. Plus who knows how horribly they would act to the drive thru person after, if I did go back. They were already giving her attitude when handing her my order as she was taking my payment and handing me my order. Drive thru girl was the only one making the whole thing feel okay. If you see this comment, keep your head up girl, you give good energy and service even with what was happening. Bad weather and all.
Management, get your hiring right. There must be some kind of favoritism happening at this location because the more experienced and exceptional employees that were there has gone. And yes, they were working the drive thru window.
I won't be returning to this location. A hot chocolate at tap water temp in place of my turtle late is not acceptable and quite literally stealing. My burrito that was basically placed in the toaster oven just to heat the tortia but not the filling, also not acceptable. Also, I paid card this time but two weeks prior, I was refused service because they couldn't accept cash stating they didn't have any money to give back change and I had forgotten my wallet but had cash in my car. Read moreUpdate- The customer service team for this location is absolutely atrocious, it took 2 WEEKS to hear from this specific location. They said to ask for it double blended next time and that I would get 50% off. I have never seen an establishment that I had such a high degree of respect for due to their reputation of great customer service and drinks offer to half fix THEIR mistake. Every other business of their volume, higher and even lower (mom and pop shops) have always fixed a mistake if one was made. I recommend this business to everyone I know that drinks coffee. I will make sure to no longer do this and recommend my second favorite that is now my first Caribou. A company that ALWAYS fixes a mistake if they make one on accident. ACCOUNTABILITY is needed at this location and due to the other half of this experience they have went from 3 stars to 1.
