MC Charcuterie — Restaurant in Marble Cliff

I cannot possibly recommend MC Charcuterie enough. We have ordered from them many times. All of the prior orders were before they did delivery and online ordering though they were very prompt responders to text at any hour of the evening. This recent Christmas party, I ordered from them of course. However, I made a huge mistake in the order (all my fault, lots of food, long story). Mary, immediately met my realization of this with absolute kindness and help even though it was possible it was going to cost her money or food was going to be wasted. She talked to me on the phone, texted and emailed me numerous times while out delivering to others and still having large parties to prepare for that evening. She is SO kind. The food that arrived at our Christmas party was absolutely beautiful in elegant wood trays and spectacular arrangements. Everyone raved about all of the food (charcuterie, burrata salad, the mini sandwiches etc...). We have been getting them for our home and gifts for friends for years but I have never got off my lazy butt until now to write a review because of the interaction I had with the owner. Just Wow. In a world where exceptional service is rare, this employee stands out. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make them an asset to your team. 10 out of 10! Mary at MC Charcuterie is skilled, creative, professional, and offers excellent quality! First, she accommodated a request for a large, last-minute event and was professional and courteous. She even accommodated a special request to arrange a tray with our company letters! Second, the delivery was ahead of schedule (she beat us to the venue and set everything up - we almost missed her). And most importantly, the presentation was beautiful - the level of detail in the display, the variety of treats were unique, everything was fresh and delicious!
