Two things to note: 1.) I bought a Groupon for $85 and it listed the wrong address for the salon. 2.) I was never able to get through to anyone when calling the phone number 10 times between the day prior and day-of my appointment to confirm the location (I knew the phone number was correct because of the voicemail message...also confirmed with another aesthetician that worked at the salon).

Because my Groupon voucher stated the wrong address, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment (appointment was for 11:00 and arrived at 11:10). My aesthetician, Aubrey, wasn’t even inside the salon at the time of my arrival. I asked the other aesthetician that was working on a different client if Aubrey was there — I was told she stepped outside to take a call. She then called Aubrey at 11:20, who said she wouldn’t take me because I was too late (no idea where she was at this point). Aubry is hands down THE best lash person. Even my toughest customers (my family) like her work lol. I don't feel the glue on my lashes, they look absolutely real AF and yet have a full glam look to them. She does not only precision work, I never get burned, but she also does an aesthetic masterpiece.
