Subway — Restaurant in Marco Island

This store has taken a horrible turn for the worse. I went in and asked if.i could make a wrap a regular sub for the same price. I was told in broken English "yes". At the check out the $7 something wrap became an $11 sub. I was not given the correct information and then had to pay for it because they didn't understand English or just didn't care. Wasn't even given a napkin for this expensive and bad sub sandwich. I suggest anyone wanting a good sandwich to not go here. Walk a few feet to Publix and get a good one made to order. Woman with red hair did not speak any English and did not know how to use the the toaster oven so she put my order in the bread oven. It took almost 30 minutes to do 3 sandwiches because of the language issues and because she used the wrong oven. She gave attitude because she could not understand me. Hopefully the manager or owner will get rid of her before she loses them more business. Will not be coming back but I do recommend the pizza...
