I order flowers twice a year for my mother. For years the arrangements were stellar! The last arrangement for Mother's Day 2021 was unacceptable, it was replaced upon request. As I have used this florist for years I again ordered for her Birthday. Delivery was confirmed but the arrangement never arrived at the only listed address, the address they have been delivered to for years. I called and the woman I spoke to told me that this was not possible and that the arrangement was delivered. I again relayed that it was not delivered. I was told that I was wrong and she didn't know what to tell me. She confirmed via phone the address to where they were supposed to be delivered and told me she could not assist me any further. I later found out that the arrangement had been delivered to her office that she infrequently visits. My mother learned this as a receptionist contacted my mother to notify her that an arrangement had been delivered. My mother had to go pick up the arrangement that was delivered to this incorrect location, a location that was not on my account as it is unknown to me. I never received a call nor an apology from the florist regarding their error. I paid for delivery to the address listed on my receipt and delivery confirmation. Unfortunately as Marco is a small island businesses can get away with terrible customer service and still succeed. A simple "let me look into this" would have sufficed, instead I was told I was "wrong" and that is it was "impossible" that they were not delivered to the...

I recently moved to Marco Island and this morning decided to purchase a small bouquet of a variety of flowers in memory of my Handsome Son Ian Samuel, who passed away recently, Forever 27! Upon being helped by this beautiful and kind lady, I am so sorry I did not ask for your Name, I got very emotional as I tried to explain I wanted a small bouquets of flowers to display by my Son’s urn. She returned with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and said” they are for you, no charge”, Her kindness took my breath away, I did not expect such a overwhelming gesture of generosity and kindness! So Thank you to all of you at Marco Island Florist Shop, you are amazing and I bet my beautiful Angel Ian is smiling and grateful you were so kind to his Mother!🙏 I will return soon but plan on becoming a paying customer...

I just wanted to say thank you- not only for delivering our order so early in the day, but for the absolutely stunning arrangement. We are in NJ so I had to place a long-distance order and it's always a bit unnerving to order flowers through a website since you never know what you will actually get. This is the first time I have ever ordered flowers that the “real-life” arrangement was exactly the same, if not better, than what was pictured on the website. I could not be more thrilled. The recipient is a very much loved & missed co-worker who relocated to Marco Island recently and I wanted her to have something just like her, elegant & classy, and that is exactly what you delivered....
