Here is the reality about this place. You walk in and are amazed at how cheaply they are selling things. Few items are actually sold at retail prices comparable to other stores. You're elated and excited to find such a bargain situation.

Then you start looking at the expiration dates on items and you realize that the reason for the low prices is because at LEAST 50% (probably closer to 75%) of the items here are past their "best by" or expiration date.

So your best bet is to be very choosy about which items you buy that are past that date. If you're buying a box of crackers that's a month past the date, they'll probably be fine. If it's 6 months past? They'll probably be stale. The oldest item I bought here was a can of diet coke that expired 9 months previous, but it was 25 cents, and honestly it was only a little flat.

On the other hand I bought a wrapped plate of cookies for $2.99 and they were all stale and tasted off. So again, be wary of the dates on items and use common sense. Don't buy expired dairy or meat products and you should be fine.

The hoagies from here were pretty good. Once I got a long hair in my turkey hoagie, gagged pretty hard, it was disgusting, so I went back to only getting hot hoagies so they didnt have to do much to get anything else in it. ALSO They date their food they make still good, WHEN ITS NOT! I tried some seafood salad and it was the worse sour tasting rotten food ever.
