Had I written this before I talked to the manager it would be 3 or 4 stars. Their pizza is delicious and their cheese fries are delicious. I decided to try something different this time and ordered shrimp and onion rings. Before I actually ordered the onion rings I asked if they were whole onion slices or the minced onion as i don't care for the minced onion ones. I was told whole onion slices. Awesome, added to my order. Picked up food got home and pulled out the onion rings. They were all small and basically perfect circles. For you onion ring eaters out there, this only means one thing. Minced onion onion rings. Ok. I called the shop, not sure if anyone was gonna answer since it takes them awhile, and asked to speak to a manager. The manger is super busy and will call me back. The manager called me back about 45 minutes later and I told her what happened. Her reply is that the girl who took my order "didn't know" they were minced onions. There was no apology about it, just stated the girl didnt know and offered a refund. I told her I didnt want a refund I was just making her aware of the situation, you know, learning experience.    Read moreOk, so we've been recently ordering buffalo chicken cheese stakes from New English Style Pizza with NO blue cheese on it and the hot sauce on the side for about a month now. So, tonight we ordered 2 buffalo chicken cheese steaks WITHOUT blue cheese like we usually do and when it arrived both steaks had blue cheese on them. We dealt with eating the one steak after we had already finished half of it, but when we called back to settle our order and to verify that it was incorrect, they refused to bring us out another steak. They told us it was our fault and they would be more than happy to deliver another one for $10.18 with delivery charge included. I've been in the Pizza business myself and I helped run a franchise store in Tampa, FL, and if there's one thing that I learned about the business, it would be that the customer is always right and they shouldn't be charged again after a minor miscommunication.    Read moreI used to LOVE THIS PLACE! Until this quarantine happened they got worse with answering the phones, and it was already hard before. I totally get how things have changed this year, but customer service is still a thing that should occur. Tonight I placed a $60 order through Grubhub. The internet and Google says they close at 8pm, this is everywhere I could find. But my driver called me saying they closed and the door says they're closed until the 21st of December. But they never update their times and STILL allowed an order to go through their restaurant. Now we are out of $60 until the bank refunds money in about 5 business days.
