Dunkin' — Restaurant in Margate

I stopped in this store as it is my favorite DD in all of the area. I get a rude cashier Farzana Y? he told me his name is Forrest, the receipt says different. He comes up to me with scowl on his face like i'm disturbing him, no "hello, how can i help you?" just a deep dark stare at me. I asked are you going to ask me what i want? He said "i did" i said "no you didn't" he then became belligerent and we ended up yelling and screaming at each other. The customers in the store were nervous and i can see they were scared about the way he treated me. I am a disabled vet, and was wearing my AIR FORCE shirt, i hate to think that this kid treated me this way because i'm military. The manager was called over, and he was as clueless as the cup of coffee i was about to drink. He just looked at me and the employee and kind of giggled about it. He said "he new, he come from other store" i said that isn't acceptable! Please send someone to this store and teach this employee customer service, thank you, and i would like the district manager to contact me on this issue. I have been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 years since I’ve moved to Margate. The first year, I have had great service and consistent food/beverage quality. This last year has drastically changed. The beverage quality has been horrible. I can never get a consistent iced latte ever since the young male worker has left. Whenever he’s there, I know my drink is gonna be good. I hope he’s still there because whenever I order, I never see him. With all this, I had to order Dunkin Monday morning for breakfast and I was in a rush. I placed my order online for pickup and was about to eat my food. When I opened my food, the English muffin had MOLD. I was disgusted and immediately called Customer Service. I’ve been to this location a few times. Food is fair but service is off. The heavyset brown skin woman with locs behind the counter is always EXTREMELY rude. She never seems like she wants to be there. She throws bags of food and drinks down without saying anything. I have to guess if it’s my food or not. She rolls her eyes anytime I ask for anything (like ketchup for my hashbrowns???) I understand people have bad days but she’s the same every single time.
