The quality of service at this Burger King establishment is profoundly disappointing. There seems to be an urgent need for a complete overhaul in the staff and their attitudes. I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but the experience I encountered at this place was beyond disheartening, leaving a lasting negative impact. The manager's demeanor was egregiously self-centered, displaying an unwarranted level of arrogance akin to a self-proclaimed monarch of the burger realm. Their behavior was shockingly discourteous and seemed to harbor a personal vendetta against me. She seemed to think herself as some kind of Burger Queen?
Moreover, I was served scalding hot coffee in an ordinary water cup, which, upon inquiry, was justified as a supposed store policy—a decision that not only defies logic but also resulted in a hazardous situation. The cup eventually burst, causing the scalding liquid to spill over me, my vehicle, and my attire. The disregard for safety and common sense was distressingly evident.
My encounter with the cashier further compounded my dissatisfaction. Their apparent disinterest in their role, coupled with a neglectful attitude, was starkly evident. Ignoring customers, engaging in personal grooming, and then handling food with unwashed hands exhibited a lack of basic professionalism and hygiene standards. The disregard for customers' well-being and experience was blatant and unacceptable.
Furthermore, the lack of adherence to basic hygiene protocols—such as not using gloves and mishandling food items—is not just alarming but also poses a severe health risk. Witnessing an employee retrieve a sandwich from the trash and proceed to place it in another customer's order is not only unsanitary but also egregiously unprofessional.
The concerning conduct and lackluster service experienced during breakfast hours raise questions about the overall integrity and capability of the staff, warranting immediate attention and corrective action. Such practices are not only a disservice to customers but also pose serious health hazards. This Burger King establishment is in dire need of comprehensive and urgent improvements across its entire operational spectrum.

Read moreI will NEVER return to this Burger King ever again, and will make sure that I inform my family and friends not to visit this restaurant EVER!...My Father and I ordered our food at the Drive Thru, and whoever that Old Rough Looking Female (with tattoos on her arms) they have taking the orders and working the Drive Thru window, she needs to be REMOVED ASAP...Her attitude was NASTY, her tone as RUDE, she had got smart out the mouth with my Father and I, she was reaching to take my money, but had not told me how much my order's total was, so I had to pause and ask her how much was our bill, then she sighed as if I was getting on her nerves...I asked her if I could change my drink from a regular soda to a large Frozen Fanta, she just added the Frozen Drink to the order and gave me the drink that I did not want, along with my Father's drink and the drink that I asked for...She did not fill up my Frozen Drink to the top of the cup, only midway to the brim...Her attitude was NOT good, if she doesn't want to be there at Burger King, then she needs to QUIT and find another place to work...We did not ask her to fill out an application to work there...I felt insulted and angered, visiting that restaurant, paying my money there, spending my time there, and receiving such horrible customer service...When we received our order, the sandwiches were sloppily put together...And just to think, we pay these people's incomes for terrible service like this???...Y'all Burger King WILL NOT see me nor any of my people there EVER again!...For future reference, y'all need to get rid of that Old Rude Rough Looking Female (with tattoos on her arms) at the Drive Thru window...Poor Customer Service...
Read moreAs we placed our food order through the BK app today around 3:14 pm est, my wife noticed that as our order was being placed, the manager dropped one of the chicken fries from our order on the floor and picked it up and placed it back in the grease fryer. My wife called out this action immediately as she witnessed it from a table near the front of the store, and the manager ignored her plea.
We went up to the register and the manager denied doing it initially at first, secondly, then asked if we want to have another order made? In the midst of this, my wife noticed he was slyly trying to hide all the receipts in the table as she warned him that she was calling corporate on this so we could not find the store number. Thirdly, then he blamed us for not telling him “not do it“ before he was caught. His “exact words you should have told me before I did it.” He finally became indifferent towards us and said we could get a refund through the app, and said he could do “whatever he wanted.”
Unfortunately, I never got the store managers name, but afterwards, I had a one on one conversation with him on the importance of customer service in this world of people and the negative limited trajectory that it will have on his or anyones career if they do choose to continue like this. I have worked in fast food early in my career and understand the challenges of working with the public. Nevertheless, hope he can learn from this experience, but also wanted to share for others to be aware of this incident...
