Cinco De Mayo was my first and last time trying this spot. I’ve passed by it millions of times but decided to try it cause it was less crowded and I see why. Other than the hostess the service was terrible. I was there almost two hrs and received nothing but a drink and stale chips. It was apparent when I walked in I was out of place and they had their regulars who they felt was more important to attend to. There were 3 employees being social letting guest know about what was going on the drink specials passing beads etc but not once did they speak to me when I was sitting at table right behind them. I had to ask hostess 3 times for a server and she apologized each time and assured me she been told them yet from what I saw they were hugging taking photos with regulars. One eventually came and with attitude what you want to drink I told him and he ran off made it sat it at table and walked off. Didn’t allow me to say anything else the drink was bitter and tasted like ice and lime. The server continued to ignore me waving him down and calling on him yet two regulars at table next to me who came 30 mins after had done a whole photo shoot, got drinks, appetizers and entrees. By this point I told hostess just let me get my check so I can leave and again she apologized. I didn’t eat didn’t finish drink I just wanted to leave this establishment and...
Read moreWalked in to no hostess, servers come out from where they were hiding to usher you to a table that is sticky, having no salt or pepper and then be welcomed with the obnoxious rantings of a half drunk bartender. Our server, who's name was never said, came with a bad attitude and just could not get our drink order right. We got queso which was the best thing there. When we finally did get our food it was completely lack luster; flavorless and bland. The seasonings would've helped there. Upon our complaints to another server who checked on us, SHE was more understanding and wanted to hear our complaint. But when the bill arrived with our regular server she copped an attitude about how I had eaten one of the 4 measly rolled tortillas covered in tomato sauce and had to "go to the back and ask about getting it comped". Overpriced, and flavorless. Not worth their weight in calories. You're better off at any of the other Mexican restaurants in Marietta. I will rejoice the day i see the...
Read moreI used to rave about this place but our last visit was awful. I went last week with a party of 7 after telling our friends how great it was, everyone was super excited. We got there and wanted to sit outside but were told that “the tables are too heavy to move together”, we offered to move them ourselves and move them back when we were done but apparently that was a no go? The waitress we had was VERY passive aggressive and kind of rude. We were told we couldn’t have an extra side of mole. They also apparently weren’t able to make the mole spicy which whatever that’s fine but she didn’t even seem to care. It was an instant no. The waitress had zero personality. Not sure if all of the waitresses are family but if they are they should either be trained MUCH better or you should get new staff. It’s sad because I wanted to like this place so much but we probably won’t be back. Why have a patio if you aren’t going to use it. Ownership should prioritize business...
