I have been coming to this spot for years. 12/3/2022 at 1:30PM. I go in there and the staff has changed. The same girl has been there for years and she is wonderful. However today i go and its a different girl. Immediately i noticed she had a terrible attitude. I asked for a Burrito with everything except meat which i always order. They have the credit card machine with the big screen that you flip around for customer facing. While i was pay I noticed she watched me deselect " Tip" once i selected "Skip" tip she visibly became annoyed and started man handling the register and did not give me a receipt. I didn't need the receipt because I go here all the time. I asked her verbatim, make sure you put my chips in the bag. Once my food was done. She handed me my bag tied in a knot. I said is mt salsa and chips in here. She says "YES! Everything is in the bag". So i trusted her. I trusted the business because i go a lot. The taco place is about 25 mins from my home so i didnt check my food until i got home. I get home and theres no Chips and my burrito was literally only veggies. Nothing else. I specifically asked for a Burrito with everything except Meat. I called the store and she answered. I began to say hey, i ordered the Burrito with no meat and began to tell my issue. She cut me off stating "you asked for veggie and i gave you veggie" i stopped her and said whooosh calm down. I have not even told you my entire issue with my order. I told her and while i was speaking. She hung up in my face. I called the store 12xs an have the screen shots to prove it. She ignored every single call. I cant eat the food its not what i ordered, i got no chips but i did get the salsa for the chips. Once this calms down im gonna find out who the manager is and let him know about her. She has to go. She is confrontational and does not need to work in service. She disrespected me and my money and once this transaction clears i will be disputing it...
Read moreWell even though it was my first time eating there and also what attracted me to even walk over from the Pawn next door was the 99 cent tacos flashing neon sign and all I had was a dollar bill on me so I was curious what kind of taco I could get for 99 cents and you get two choices beef or chicken but the twist is they ask you if you want Mexican or American style I chose Mexican and all it is, is shredded chicken with cilantro and diced onions on a corn tortillas and to give it a kick I went over to there little salsa bar which is all homemade and they only have 2 of them one is the traditional salsa and the other is some sort of orange looking hot sauce and I tried both of them by putting them in one of those small cups they provide on the top of the bar and the traditional salsa is amazing its got a little kick to it but not bad but the orange looking hot sauce is super hot and if I say its hot its pretty damn hot because I love hot stuff so if you don't really like super spicy sauces I would steer clear from it but before I ate the taco I put the salsa on first then I just dribbled a little of the hot sauce on top of that and it was amazing but the only thing is the tacos are small but they have huge explosions of authentic Mexican flavor I could of eatin like 5 or 6 of them I want to go back soon so I can try there beef ones in both styles and the chicken one in American style I highly recommend stopping in and try this place it looks like a little hole in the wall but its definitely a must try if your ever...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service experience every time! Today was my third and final visit. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I actually walked out after waiting more than 20 minutes after I placed my order. Three customers came in after me, placed their order with the cashier, just like I did, but those customers walked out with their food before me. One customer came in 5 minutes after I started waiting, placed his order and received it before me and others who were waiting before him. Five minutes after that customer left, the cashier asks me what I ordered. Are you kidding me? You've served 3 customers that came in after me and you're just now asking me what I ordered? Her excuse was that they had phone orders. I informed her that, no, they placed their order at the register after me. I witnessed it with my own eyes. Then, after I saw the cook finishing up an order for a 4th customer who came in after me, I just left. 20 minutes after placing my order and two things were clear, she had no idea what I ordered and my order (receipt) was sitting their to be filled but ignored. My order was never started after 20 minutes of waiting. Taco Loco owes me money and an apology at the very least! Honestly, I have never experienced such horrible service. I will NEVER go back! I will be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge! Service and food was never...
