I dyed my hair then the human hair tracks to find the hair melting and falling off the wefts...$150 worth of hair I JUST bought and I was assured it was human hair. HUMAN HAIR DOES NOT MELT AND FALL OFF WEFTS UPON DEPOSITING COLOR., MY HAIR WAS FINE BUT THE TRACKS DESTROYED. No problem, I thought, I JUST bought them and spoke specifically with the lady so I will just return the damaged hair back and show her this is not real hair and get my money back. The SAME WOMAN WHO SOLD ME $150 worth of Fake product looked me in the eyes as if she never sold me he hair or suggested that this i what I should purchase. She treated me like I was a low life requesting my money back and treated me like I was panhandling asking for my money back. Needless to say I lost 150 dollars from the moment I left her store and went home to dye my hair. 150$ GONE IN MINUTES WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT AND A WOMAN TREATING ME LIKE I WAS STREET RUBBISH. I was worthy when I was spending my money. HORRIBLE PEOPLE..NO INTEGRITY....
Came by on the 11th of April 2020 to the owner (guy) harassing and yelling at this poor lady who wasn’t giving any trouble. The lady was just trying to put some stuff back to lower her price, but the guy steady called her a problem over and over and caused a scene. Meanwhile, the customer is being 100% respectful and apologizing for her just trying to be able to pay for her items. As the customer is walking out the owner steady follows her out harassing and yelling at her . He then tells her to never come back and says he will call the police to which she responded “for what?” Due to the fact she has done nothing wrong the entire time. He then says he’s gonna accuse her of stealing and I personally just don’t understand why the disrespect was present in an OWNER. If you’re going to own a business, you learn respect . I’m glad the lady kept her composure and didn’t act back out at him cause God knows what else the owner would try to tag her as. When the lady left she proceeded to state “Thank you sir, I apologize if I caused you a problem. Have a good day.” Honest to God the most respectful lady I’ve ever seen in a situation where she was wrongly accused. I am so sorry that she had to deal with that. Read moreHorrible service. The owner or manager or whomever the older lady at the counter is, flat-out lied to my face. At an earlier visit, she told me I could exchange an item I had purchased that was the wrong style. I came back to make the exchange once I needed the correct style.
First she lied by stating that hey no longer carry the same products. When I showed her that they in fact still sold those exact products, she then says there are “no exchanges after 10 days.” She pointed to the receipt I had, I told her “10 days is nowhere on here, and you didn’t make that qualifier when you told me I could exchange the item.” She just shrugged and shook her head and spoke in that mousy way, knowing what she was stating made zero sense.
She showed she has no integrity. No sense of what constitutes good service customer service. These “others” continue to show that they don’t actually value their customers. They have been taught they can infiltrate certain communities and take advantage of them. Message received. I will never step foot in this place again. I hope others...
